Workparrots is looking for a sales agent

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the marketing lifecycle of new developments at varying stages
  • Work with the creative director in producing, editing and proofing numerous marketing collateral such as: signage, stationery, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers, etc
  • Source and coordinate the creation of creative assets, including but not limited to: renderings, photography, interior graphics, signage, websites, etc
  • Maintain existing vendor/supplier relationships and create new ones with new opportunities
  • make appointments to meet with agancies to adopt workparrots
  • Provide support to our onsite sales teams to ensure they have all the tools and collateral necessary
  • Strategize and execute strong advertising campaigns with traditional print, online and outdoor media that reflect each target audience
  • Source new advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Analyze online analytics and conduct marketing studies to identify target audiences and competitive advantages
  • Coordinate the development of content for email campaigns and provide final drafts prior to sending out within Lasso and Spark CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with strategy and maintain corporate social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Budget management and maintenance on a per project basis
  • Capture meeting minutes, ensure minutes are created and updated prior to each meeting and distributed afterwards; assist and support in administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and reconciling invoices
  • Coordination and execution of sales events
  • This role will report to our Marketing and Creative Director, while collaborating with other members of our sales, construction, and development teams

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in marketing, business, real estate, or social media marketing
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in project marketing and/or sales, preferably with launching pre-sale projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with copywriting is an asset
  • Proficiency with social media channels, Microsoft Office applications, WordPress, Wix, and Google Analytics, Google Ads, Lasso and/or Spark

  • Ability to work independently, manage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively; adaptable and flexible to a changing environment
